POLIMAS aims at providing training and education to both SPM and SPM V school-leavers in order to produce quality manpower at semi-professional level to meet the needs of public and private sectors in Malaysia and offers full-time certificate and diploma courses in civil engineering, building services, town and regional planning, architecture, quantity surveying, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, information technology, accountancy, marketing and business studies.

POLIMAS menawarkan kursus dan , dan kini telah mempunyai hampir 6000 orang pelajar dengan bilangan kakitangan mencapai 600 orang.
