It was a humbling experience meeting Chef Suzuki and being able to watch him in action.
Another highlight was the Tempura, which was light, flavorful and wonderful.
It is very well balanced.

 We also tried a couple of rolls and the chicken udon both decent but nothing spectacular as well as the set meal with sashimi combo and Saba shio- yaki which was jewel of the meal.
 I would rate the food a 4 despite the one sashimi dish we received that was not completely thawed.
