He also said that the unvaccinated would be unable to dine in at restaurants with their family or pray at a mosque.
He added that the quarantine period for fully vaccinated travellers without booster shots would be seven days, while quarantine for travellers who are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated would be 10 days.
 Previously, all international arrivals to Malaysia need to undergo a 14-day quarantine, said the Star.
For those who are not fully vaccinated, the quarantine period for entry into Malaysia stands at 10 days.
Federal Management Department director Comm Datuk Zaini Jass said the status quo remains.
The quarantine period for close contacts will also be reduced to seven days at home for those fully vaccinated.
