I just grab a pinch from the handy resealable container.
If you add it while cooking food, you are missing the best part of this salt - its texture.
I will not be going back to any other sea salt though I do still have a soft spot for my pretty pink Himalayan! Perhaps it was shipping related but very few fully formed pyramids could be found.
It adds a wonderful slight crunch.
This stuff levels up every dish every time.
I already have a couple of sea salts, as well as the ubiquitous pink salt, and I figured that was more than covering my salt bases.
