It's obvious when characters are being tagged in as mere fan service hellooooo, Goro and, for a series reboot, the world feels slightly under-explored and that arcana be fickle.
The new Mortal Kombat movie is fun, cool, bloody, and probably exactly what diehard fans would hope for from a big-screen rendition.
