There are negative reviews on my holiday apartment which date back over 20 years it has changed hands since then but have tried to contact Tripadvisor to ask them to remove these old reviews which have nothing to do with us, but cant get in touch with them, They say 3 apartments when we only have one.

In fact this property is not only under new ownership but has all new mgmt; all new office staff; many updates.

The best I can say is pick up and delivery was on time.

Then I received an email that gave details of the reservation that said it was partially refundable.
