For me NOTION is still a great tool for some tasks.
You can toggle the page lock from the three dots menu, it will lock the page for further editing.

After i had some idea what i wanted to track i tried to think of ways to put it in Notion, it took me about a week to get something i was happy with though :p But it helped me a lot writing the stuff down because else it was just chaos in my head, everytime i had an idea i forgot it the next day and thought damn what did i wanna track again? Once you find a template that works, it only takes few button clicks to set a duplicate board up and start making it work for you.
